  • To ensure the life safety and physical and mental health of our employees, the Grand Hotel has established a Labor Safety Office in compliance with occupational health and safety laws and regulations. We have implemented the following six policies: 1) management in compliance with regulations; 2) continuous improvement of occupational safety; 3) promotion of full participation; 4) prevention of occupational disasters; 5) promotion of tobacco harm prevention; 6) strengthening health promotion. We are committed to adhering to these policies, continuously eliminating hazards, and reducing occupational safety risks.
  • The Labor Safety Office employs an Occupational Safety Manager and a nurse, who are responsible for setting occupational safety performance goals. They hold regular meetings to discuss safety and health management and implement the 16 key components of the occupational safety and health management plan. This fulfills the company's responsibility for occupational safety and health and aims to achieve ISO 45001 occupational safety and health management system certification. Our goal is to maintain a low-hazard environment with zero occupational disasters and provide a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.
