The Yuan Shan Club of Taipei is a subsidy of The Duen-Mou Foundation of Taiwan. Soong Mei-ling, the First Lady of the ROC, established The Club to promote diplomatic relations and international connections in 1975. There are foreign and domestic members, who are socially-prestigious individuals and entrepreneurs of established companies. With the current era’s trending emphasis towards family leisure activities, The Club’s originally strong political and corporate nature of the past has shifted its emphasis towards “personal health” and “family interaction.” People and their families no longer have to spend the time to travel to the countryside. The Yuan Shan Club of Taipei can satisfy the needs for a healthy, and leisure-filled or sports-oriented family events or gathering of friends during any day of the week.
